Lance Armstrong has given a green signal to a tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey where he is going to address allegations that he take the help of performance-enhancing drugs during his cycling career. The show will be telecast at 9 p.m. EST on Jan. 17 on OWN and Oprah.com.
