The UPSC was supposed to publish the results of the 2013 Civil Services Preliminary Exam on July 27, but is still preparing the final list. We hope the results will be out anyday now. More than 10 lakh candidates appeared for the IAS exam and only 10,000 will qualify for the Mains Exam in December 2013. The Personality test or interviews will be held next year in May 2014. Last year, the cut-off point was 209 and this year it is likely to go up to 220 for general candidates.
