Lance Armstrong has given a green signal to a tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey where he is going to address allegations that he take the help of performance-enhancing drugs during his cycling career.

The show will be telecast at 9 p.m. EST on Jan. 17 on OWN and Oprah.com.

It is worthwhile mentioning that Armstrong has strongly denied the doping charges that led to him being stripped of his seven Tour de France titles.
